Senior Marketing Coordinator

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials, monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, and help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal. You will also support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards, and maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assigned. You will also support the solicitation of formal client feedback, administer the implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority, and support content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and showcase our thought leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Demonstrated 'self-starter' with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
