Senior Marketing Coordinator

HDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its West Region marketing team, focusing on proposal development to support growth in Hawaii within the power, solid waste, and industrial market sectors. This role involves developing persuasive proposal documents and interview materials, and leading client plans for market expansion and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the development, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials, including layout using templates and brand standards. Collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, technical staff, and business development leads. Evaluate and write non-technical content, edit communications, develop interview materials, coach interview teams, and lead capture planning with market research and competitor analysis.
