Role OverviewHDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its West Region marketing team, supporting growth in Hawaii with a focus on power, solid waste, and industrial market sectors. The role involves driving proposal development and leading client plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Lead the development, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials, including layout using existing templates and brand standards. Collaborate with marketing coordinators, project managers, technical staff, and business development leads. Evaluate and write non-technical content, edit and proofread marketing communications, and lead interview presentation development and coaching. Lead capture planning, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and develop winning strategies.
