Job Description
Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. The company is seeking a Senior Marketing GTM Manager to support the execution and optimization of the US Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or acquisition, with a dedicated focus on the US market.
  • Hands-on expertise in Paid Acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Experience managing campaigns and budgets (campaign-level, under leadership guidance).
  • Product marketing understanding: market analysis, competitive positioning, and GTM execution support.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot/Marketing Cloud) for lead lifecycle tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and basic LTV analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort collaborating across senior-level stakeholders (Product, Sales, Finance).
  • Proactive self-starter with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of aligning priorities and resources across functions and hierarchy.
