Role Overview

USP is hiring a Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning and advancing the growth plan and strategy for USP’s eCommerce Store (store.usp.org). This role drives planning, execution, optimization, and continuous improvement across USPStore.org aligned with broader USP growth goals in support of our standards, products and solutions.

What You Will Do

The Senior Marketing Manager, eCommerce has the following responsibilities: Ecommerce Strategy & Marketing, Medium- and Long-Term Ecommerce Improvements, UI/UX Strategy and Optimization, SEO And AI Discoverability, Customer Experience Collaboration, Performance Measurement and Optimization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience supporting or managing ecommerce marketing and revenue growth platforms or digital commerce initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience working within an enterprise ecommerce platform, preferably Oracle Commerce Cloud or comparable platforms
  • Demonstrated ownership of ecommerce marketing execution, including on-site merchandising, promotions, and conversion optimization
  • Experience leading or contributing to UI/UX and conversion improvements
  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics, including Adobe Analytics or similar tools
  • Practical experience optimizing product descriptions, metadata, taxonomy, and on-site content to support search performance and discoverability
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices as applied to ecommerce environments
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, and their integration with ecommerce experiences
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Experience, Marketing, Content, and IT teams in a cross-functional environment
