Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility for large-scale programs, campaigns, or functional areas
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams, including people management responsibilities
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives, budgets, and strategic marketing programs that drive business outcomes
- Experience leveraging marketing analytics, performance metrics, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize results

- An anticipated base salary between $110,000 - $125,000 plus annual bonus
