Role OverviewThe ideal candidate combines strategic and relationship skills of an experienced title marketer with the instincts of a modern content marketer. This person knows how to identify audiences, find ideas within a book, and translate those insights into marketing that builds audience, generates demand, and drives sales.
What You Will Do
Own integrated marketing campaigns for assigned authors and titles, develop audience-first content strategies, partner with digital and creative teams, and test and learn to continually improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in book marketing, consumer marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, publicity, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Publicity, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Book publishing experience, experience marketing nonfiction and/or to Christian audiences, and experience using AI within marketing workflows are preferred
