Role OverviewBarton Malow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team, where collaboration and creativity drive how we amplify our brand and tell the stories of our people, projects, and communities.
What You Will Do
Develops and maintains resumes, boilerplate content, project descriptions, and imagery in the database(s), writing custom content as needed. Collaborates with project delivery and other business partners to develop relevant marketing collateral for specific client pursuits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industry
- Without a degree, 6+ years of relevant AEC experience
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in document design and layout
- Proficient in RFQ/RFP response development and coordination
- Edit content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc.
- Photography/videography skills are a plus
- Knowledge of content management systems
