Senior Marketing Specialist

As a key creative and strategic advisor for the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing advisory and strategic partnership to our clients, exceptional project management and oversight, creative ideation, proactive marketing outreach, and responsive communication and coordination for significant property marketing projects.

What You Will Do

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Brokerage Teams on our most significant property marketing projects in multiple markets throughout the West Region, lead calls and meetings with Brokerage Teams, collaborate with Copy Writers, Marketing Specialists, Marketing Coordinators, Design Managers, and Graphic Designers, and manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with a project management tool
• Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participants
