Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging technology platforms to connect customer data with personalization and experimentation strategies
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams to leverage new technology solutions
