Role OverviewThe role sits inside the Supply Chain organization and owns the planning discipline that keeps the supply chain running smoothly. The role translates engineering schedules and customer demand signals into a material plan the whole company can build against.
What You Will Do
The role involves owning end-to-end material planning across BOMs, demand/supply reconciliation, buffer and safety-stock strategy, and purchase prioritization. The role also involves translating program schedules into concrete, current material plans and continuously monitoring supplier lead times, MOQs, allocation, and other risk.

Requirements
- 5-8+ years in material planning, program management, or supply chain roles supporting complex hardware
- Strong working knowledge of demand/supply planning, supplier readiness, and the cost/material impact of quality and engineering changes
- Experience standing up planning or supply-readiness processes from scratch
- A track record of spotting problems weeks before they land, and driving resolution across engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
