Role OverviewTenicor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take product concepts and turn them into parts and systems that work, ship, and hold up in the field. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and be able to design products with production in mind from the first sketch.
What You Will Do
The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing parts and systems for manufacturability, running tolerance stack-up studies and FEA, building prototypes, and partnering with the Engineering Manager and manufacturing engineers to ensure new designs are producible and efficient.

Requirements
- 5+ years of new product development experience
- Hands-on design experience across a wide range of manufacturing methods and processes
- Fluency in Fusion 360 or a comparable 3D CAD package
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Ability to take direction and run with it
- Comfortable with FEA, tolerance analysis, and testing designs against real-world durability standards
