What You Will Do
Design and build proof-of-concept implementations, retrofit existing equipment, and conduct pilot demonstrations of new roll-to-roll processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field
- 10+ years of industrial experience in mechanical and industrial design
- Experience handling roll-to-roll or other continuous materials processing equipment
- Hands on experience in 3D CAD, tool design and fabrication
- Experience in process design, hardware testing, and equipment troubleshooting
- Experience designing and implementing proof-of-concept and pilot equipment at different scales
