What You Will Do
You’ll solve challenging manufacturing and hardware-quality problems involving integrated mechanical, electrical, sensing, actuation, and control systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of applicable experience, including at least 2 years of finite element analysis (FEA).
- Proficient knowledge of ANSYS or FEA software.
- Proficient knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent CAD package.
- Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing processes and high-volume production methods – injection molding, casting, sheet metal, machining, etc.
- Experience developing custom actuator or drivetrain solutions, ideally with external vendors.
- Strong GD&T (ASME Y14.5), tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA
- Hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience.
- Experience having technical discussions with clients or demanding external stakeholders while remaining a hands-on individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of actuators, gear trains, and transmissions.
- Positive, client-focused style and a commitment to ethical conduct.
