At HDR, we are searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to join our Building Engineering Services Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers, and work on a wide range of projects including commercial, civic, industrial, and federal facilities. As a team lead, you will be responsible for providing technical excellence, quality, and staff development, and will work closely with market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in all key markets.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with mechanical emphasis.
  • 7 years of experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
