Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to lead our team of mechanical engineers, EITs, and designers in our Wichita, Kansas location. As a team lead, you will be responsible for technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development. You will work collaboratively with mechanical market sector leadership to ensure technical excellence in all key markets and function as design lead and/or engineering project manager for key projects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with mechanical emphasis
  • 7 years of experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
