Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Senior Mechatronics Engineer with comprehensive experience in robotics to join our robotics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, developing, integration and testing mechatronic systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
What You Will Do
Lead in the design and development of mechatronic systems, including robotic assemblies and automation equipment. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and validation of prototypes and production systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in mechatronics, robotics, or electromechanical system design
- Familiarity with robotic systems, actuators, sensors, and control systems
- Expertise in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Experience with embedded systems, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation hardware
- Solid understanding of programming languages (Python, C++, or MATLAB) for robotics applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects from concept through production
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
