Role OverviewThe IQVIA CNS Center of Excellence is seeking a Board-Certified psychiatrist to join their team as a Medical Strategy Lead. The role involves driving growth of the IQVIA CNS portfolio through scientific and clinical expertise, providing senior clinical and scientific expertise to all IQVIA divisions, and collaborating closely with indication-specific teams to develop integrated strategies for CNS clinical trials.
What You Will Do
The Medical Strategy Lead will be responsible for creating innovative, evidence-based, and patient-centered delivery strategies and solutions for CNS pre-approval clinical trials or studies, providing scientific, clinical, and operational advice to internal stakeholders, and supporting preparation of customer and bid defense meetings.

Requirements
- Psychiatrist with a degree from an accredited, internationally recognized institution
- 5+ years clinical practice experience as a CNS physician
- 5+ years clinical research relevant experience
- Robust and current knowledge of scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and competitive landscape in psychiatry and other CNS indications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and lead a virtual team in a matrix organization
- Innovative and strategic thinker
- Strong business acumen including confidence with financial considerations, excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and comfort working in both sales and operational environments

- Potential base pay range: $186,300.00 - $519,000.00
