Role OverviewAs a Senior Medical Lab Scientist Generalist, you will be responsible for specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results. You will work independently in an efficient and organized manner to assure accurate results and records. You will also be responsible for supervision of assigned workstations, including Quality Control (QC) review, training, competency assessment of staff, and inventory management.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include following laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results. You will also be responsible for maintaining records that demonstrate proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient samples.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Clinical Laboratory Sciences required or Bachelor's Degree Medical Technology required or Bachelor's Degree Laboratory Sciences required
- Medical Technologist (ASCP) [MLT, MT, MLA, Histologists] - American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) required
