Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Metrology Engineer to lead metrology initiatives, develop advanced characterization techniques, and drive improvement in quality and process control in our Materials Science & Metrology team.
Requirements
PhD with 1+ years, Master’s with 2+ years, or Bachelor’s with 4+ years of experience in Physics, Materials Science, or Engineering.
Strong foundation in semiconductor physics and thermal management.
Hands-on experience with FDTR/TDTR (including tool qualification and maintenance) is mandatory.
Proficiency in statistical analysis (SPC, JMP) and programming for data modeling (Python or MATLAB).
