Role OverviewThe Senior Mexico Highway Specialist position is responsible for managing Mexico and cross-border over the road transportation, partnering with Sales, Operations, Customers, and Carrier Partners to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Work closely with Agents, sales and operations to ensure customer success on Mexico cross-border shipments, develop and manage carrier relationships, and negotiate transportation expenses with carriers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, four year degree in transportation or business strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Mexico and cross-border operations strongly preferred
- Proven track record of strategic decision-making and leadership in carrier development, pricing, and operational execution
