Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‐on Manager, Program Management – Cyber Safety to lead a small team of Program Managers and personally own critical programs across Norton, Avast, and our broader portfolio.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Program Management / Technical Program Management / Product Delivery
  • 2+ years directly managing or leading Program Managers or Product Managers
  • Direct experience in security, privacy, identity, fraud, or another safety‐critical domain
  • Experience working with AI/ML‐powered products and understanding their safety, risk, and trust implications
