Job Description
Consumer Cellular is looking for a Senior Mobile Advisor to join their retail team. As a Senior Mobile Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with guests, guiding them through decisions, and creating moments that turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, building on a people-first culture, and delivering exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.
Requirements
High school diploma is required.
1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
