Senior Mobile Expert

As a Senior Mobile Expert, you will be a capable expert with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service experience while leveraging retail expertise. You will work in a company-owned Experience store, which will be a destination for attracting new customers and providing high-level service to existing customers. You will have new systems and tools to solve customer needs from research to resolution, as well as new products and a product roadmap. You will receive one-of-a-kind curated training and curriculum to enhance your expertise and provide ongoing development.

What You Will Do

You will sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs, resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools, and complete ongoing training to keep current and develop knowledge and skills. You will work collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.

• 12+ months of retail experience
• Neighborhood Mobile Expert experience (preferred)
