Role OverviewThe Senior Mortgage Officer will work in the Asset Resolution and Portfolio Analysis Unit, identifying at-risk projects financed by the City and restoring them to financial stability. The role will involve reviewing mortgage servicing reports, proactively reaching out to delinquent borrowers, and comprehensively reviewing loan documents and financial reports.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will perform research tasks to improve the integrity and accuracy of mortgage data, assist in maintaining data-based tools, and conduct research and analysis of financial and regulatory documents.
