Job Description
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the development, visualization, and execution of high-impact animated trading cards for their digital collectible mobile apps. The role requires expertise in motion design, animation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of fandom and collector psychology.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of motion design experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, or mobile app environments
  • Advanced expertise in After Effects required; strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator required
  • Experience designing scalable animation systems for template-based production
  • Strong understanding of motion theory and premium digital aesthetics
  • Experience optimizing motion assets for mobile environments
  • Ability to deliver high-quality animated content under tight deadlines
  • Experience mentoring designers preferred
  • Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) a plus
  • Passion for collectibles and trading cards
