Role OverviewWe're looking for an exceptional Motion Designer to help bring the Baseten brand to life. This will be a defining role on the brand design team, shaping the motion language for Baseten and bringing it to life across various mediums.
What You Will Do
Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand, create high-craft motion work, and partner with brand designers to bring identity systems to life through motion.

Requirements
- An exceptional portfolio with a high bar for motion, visual design, and craft
- Strong design fundamentals across typography, composition, pacing, sound, and storytelling
- Ability to own a project end to end
- Range across brand systems, product storytelling, campaign work, and more experimental ideas
- Judgment about when something needs to be simple and precise and when there's room to make something people haven't seen before
- Strong opinions about motion and brand, and the ability to articulate why something works or doesn't
