Role OverviewPruittHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Consultant (RN) to support Assisted Living communities throughout South Georgia and the Florida Gulf Coast region. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and resident-centered care.
What You Will Do
Conduct compliance reviews, mock surveys, and quality audits to identify areas of risk and opportunity. Coach and educate teams on regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and quality practices. Assist communities with corrective action plans and ongoing Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR Certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or related healthcare settings
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience as a Director of Health Services, Resident Care Director, Director of Nursing, Clinical Consultant, Quality Nurse, or similar role
- Experience with regulatory compliance, quality audits, quality improvement programs, and corrective action planning
