Role OverviewThe Senior Nurse Consultant- Rapid Response (NC) supports long-term care centers in achieving and sustaining regulatory compliance by conducting mock surveys, identifying areas of risk, and guiding teams through proactive quality improvement.
What You Will Do
Conduct facility-wide mock surveys, identify potential deficiencies, provide detailed reports, and coach facility teams on survey processes compliance expectations and documentation standards.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited educational institution with a degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (Director of Health Services, Assistant Director of Nursing, Quality Nurse, or Clinical Consultant)
- Active Registered Professional Nursing License (multi-state)
- Infection Preventionist certification preferred, but not required
- CPR Certification
