Role OverviewThe Sr. OEM Support & Analytics Associate is responsible for supporting OEM programs, pricing strategies, program forecasting, reporting, analytics, and dealer engagement initiatives for Hyundai Capital America's new business development.

The role combines analytical expertise with program management responsibilities, supporting incentive programs, pricing activities, forecasting models, executive reporting, performance reviews, and dealer-focused initiatives.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, sales, marketing, product management, OEM support, or related fields
- Experience business reporting, forecasting, pricing analysis, or business intelligence tools
- Experience supporting automotive finance, captive finance, OEM programs, dealer operations, or related industries is preferred
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research operational issues, interpret information, and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to interpret business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, SAS, Python, or similar platforms preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to build effective relationships across OEM, dealer, sales, and corporate teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
