Role OverviewThe Senior Office Administrator will assist the Office of the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO) with office and operations management, overseeing calendars, priorities, and task flow, and developing project management processes.

The Senior Office Administrator will perform day-to-day responsibilities such as answering phone calls, greeting guests, in-processing new personnel, and resolving IT and network issues.

Requirements
- active TS/SCI security clearance
- 14+ years of professional administrative support experience
- High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in project management, human resources, business administration, government affairs, public administration, political science, or organizational leadership
- 2+ years of professional administrative work experience in support of the DoW
- experience navigating DoW systems and processes
- exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
