Senior OMS Business Systems Analyst

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in the investment management industry working with buy-side firms
• Experience working with complex pension funds and high levels of internal management is highly preferred
• Broad investment knowledge across public markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments
• 7+ years’ experience working with order management systems such as Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, or similar platforms, including support, enhancements, and integrations
• Demonstrated participation in all lifecycle phases of OMS systems, including implementation, upgrades, third-party integrations, and process optimization
• Strong network of clients and firms with similar profiles, capable of establishing connections between organizations
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or additional professional credentials preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering stakeholder training
