Role OverviewThe Senior Oncology District Manager will manage a team of Oncology Sales Specialists, directing them to implement sales plans and ensure maximum distribution and market penetration of products. The role requires strong leadership skills, business and clinical expertise, and the ability to work in the field with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include managing a team, building a strategic plan, guiding the team to deliver sales results, and connecting with internal and external customers. The role also involves working in the field, adapting to change, and demonstrating an understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.
