Role OverviewLeads operational process improvement initiatives to optimize blood collections operations, reduce product discards, and improve collection accuracy. Partners with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain improvements that enhance donor experience and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
Drives operational strategies, facilitates improvement teams, conducts operational assessments, analyzes data, and develops performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
