Role OverviewThe Temporary Senior Operations Analyst provides project-based analytical, operational, and implementation support across National Operations. This role works collaboratively with leaders and teams to strengthen organizational processes, advance strategic initiatives, improve the employee experience, and increase operational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Support implementation of EOS across the organization, develop tools and resources, track implementation activities, and conduct research and analysis to advance organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, operations, project management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in operations, human resources, organizational effectiveness, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
- Experience evaluating and improving business processes.
- Experience gathering stakeholder feedback, analyzing information, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
