The Senior Operations Analyst performs operational duties in support of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) and private exchange businesses, ensuring timely and accurate response and resolution of client specific requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in health insurance operations
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data from multiple sources
