Senior Operations Consultant

This role is within Bank of America's Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) global operations function, supporting Employee Expense Reimbursement (EER) processes. The Operations Consultant is responsible for interpreting complex expense activity, applying imputation decisions, and ensuring accurate tax treatment. This role requires a high degree of judgment, accountability, and precision, as decisions directly impact associate taxable income.

What You Will Do

Advise on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment. Interpret complex expense scenarios, apply appropriate imputation decisions, and ensure accurate tax treatment and compliance. Support process consistency and improvement by identifying trends, reducing rework, and enhancing clarity for employees and processors.
