Job Description
Peraton is seeking an experienced Senior Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Integrator Director to lead a diverse team and achieve organizational objectives. The role involves managing OIE activities, providing subject matter expertise, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 20 years of planning experience or a combined total of 23 years between education and relevant service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 20 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 23 years between education and relevant service.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with MISO or IO at the service or joint level working on projects that support operations in multiple CCMDs AORs.
  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience on similar government contracts.
  • Ability to identify personnel and missions issues early, develop mitigation plans and communicate potential impacts and alternate course of action impacts to the customer.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
