Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager, Ground Operations will lead the warehouse facility team to achieve performance goals, oversee facility sort and driver launch operations, and manage the operation's P&L. Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, coaching and training supervisors and associates, and improving processes to deliver quality, speed, and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 6-8 years experience in warehouse operations management
  • Minimum of 4 years leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Intermediate analytical skills--experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, move boxes up and down, including bending and frequently lifting (up to 50 lbs required)
