Job Description
The Senior Operations Manager leads special projects, directs operations and support department personnel, and reviews operational performance data. Confers with staff to establish standards, controls, and budgets. Oversees daily operations, provides leadership, and collaborates with business development and strategy teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5 years' experience in project/program management in energy efficiency, building science, home renovation, construction management or related field
  • 3 years' experience effectively leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing teams
  • Experience with participating in RFQ and RFP processes
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable with managing complex processes
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong client service background
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative business solutions
  • Travel frequently, approximately 25%
  • Proficient in M/S Word, Excel
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
