Role OverviewThis senior management position is responsible for overseeing all areas of operations, including cost efficiency, staffing levels, productivity, quality, and profitability. The role involves heavy involvement in oversight, approval, and planning processes. The Senior Operations Manager will provide vital reports to senior management and maintain a P&L for the warehouse and operations.
What You Will Do
Drive, review, development, and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. Participate in strategic planning, freight negotiations, and problem-solving. Monitor operating metrics, create budgets, and establish policies and procedures.
