Own performance and execution for one or more functions within the Fulfillment Center. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals, holding them accountable to clear goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years in management role in e-commerce distribution
- Sound judgment under pressure, the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and redirect the workforce in a fast-changing Fulfillment Center environment
- Proven leadership across cross-functional teams, with a track record of motivating people to obtain goals
- Sharp analytical instincts, comfortable turning data into decisions
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools to extract insight and inform strategy
- Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects
