Role OverviewThe Senior Operations Specialist will work with drivers, improve day-to-day processes, increase business efficiencies, and complete administrative processes through the use of tracking systems and collaboration with other team members.
What You Will Do
Assign freight to company drivers, ensure optimal use of driver capacity, provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers, work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.
