Role OverviewThis role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The Senior Operator will process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
What You Will Do
The Senior Operator will prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines. They will also reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field. They will also have knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and shipment preparation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field
