Role Overview

The Senior Ophthalmic Technician will support physicians in delivering high-quality eye care, managing patient flow, and performing administrative tasks. They will contribute to the effectiveness of the office through clinical and administrative responsibilities.

What You Will Do

The Senior Ophthalmic Technician will engage with patients, review and document patient information, coordinate prior authorizations, perform pre-examination testing, and assist with clinical encounters.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Ophthalmic Technician
  • Ophthalmic Scribe Certification (OSC)
  • Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certification
