Role Overview

Support physicians in delivering high-quality eye care, manage patient flow, and perform administrative tasks. Contribute to the effectiveness of the office through clinical and administrative responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Engage with patients, review patient information, coordinate prior authorizations, perform pre-examination testing, conduct diagnostic procedures, and support clinical workflow.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Ophthalmic Technician
  • Ophthalmic Scribe Certification (OSC)
  • Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certification
