Role OverviewPURVIS Systems is a technology solutions partner that develops, implements and maintains mission-critical solutions for federal and local government agencies. We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Architect who can engage simultaneously with Network, Application, Systems and Vendors in a hybrid cloud environment.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and remediating application/OS threats, developing APIs and functions, and working with developers to fix security vulnerabilities. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining playbooks for Linux and Windows automation, and consolidating application and container logs with standard logging services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with handling cloud metrics/logging, Splunk, Linux system administration, and containerization. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Advanced)
- Experience with CLI, Block storage, file storage, and object storage
- Experience with developing APIs for Application access to Buckets
- Experience with cloud security, including IAM, WAF, Security Lists, and NSGs
- Experience with Splunk
- Linux system administration (advanced)
- System configurations for application integration
- Experience with Windows Administration (intermediate)
- Experience with MS SQL Server & Backups (intermediate)
- Experience with Ansible Automation (mandatory)
- Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
