This position is ideal for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime. This includes leading the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure, supporting the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments, and ensuring OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience
- Experience supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing network environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network design
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams
- Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
