Job Description
The Campaign Finance Board is seeking a Senior Outreach Manager to join their team in New York City. The successful candidate will oversee direct voter engagement efforts, supervise a team of outreach staff, and design and execute multi-modal outreach plans for all NYC elections. The role requires a strong background in community outreach and engagement, team management, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in community engagement and outreach
  • Direct experience managing full-time staff members and coaching them towards growth and success
  • Experience leading community engagement and outreach efforts across diverse communities
  • Expertise designing and managing metrics-driven campaigns
