Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to play a key role in high-level corporate transactions, providing legal support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in mid-to-large law firms (Big Law) or corporate settings with a focus on M&A and capital markets.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance, M&A, and public markets, with knowledge of SEC, Nasdaq, and Delaware Law regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge in corporate legal documentation, securities transactions, and financial regulation.
  • Experience managing cap tables, 409A valuations, and equity transactions.
  • Ability to organize and oversee data rooms and due diligence processes in M&A.
